Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice) is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Earrings (for hygiene reasons).

• Sale or clearance items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Processing time may vary depending on your card issuer.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
